Credits and Payments

Credits that have been used for analyses are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

Photo Uploads and Content

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload to the Service. By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:

You have the right to upload and use the photo.
You have obtained consent from all individuals depicted in the photo, or you have a legal basis for using the photo.
The photo does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of any third party.

Do not upload photos of people without their knowledge or consent. We reserve the right to refuse service to users who violate this policy.
